If you're not satisfied with your watch
We take our refund policy seriously. If you're not satisfied with the timepiece you received, just return the item and we'll refund the full sum no questions asked.
If your watch is broken
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse: Pakipoint OÜ, Pärnu mnt.142, 3rd floor, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you changed your address since ordering the watch
Unfortunately we can't make any changes to the delivery address neither refund your watch if you haven't received your watch because you changed your address.
Most orders ship the same business day and we can't change the recipient after they've left our warehouse.
If you never received your watch
We use regular mail to keep the costs as low as possible. Delivery may take up to 10 days depending on your location.
Please first check with your nearest post office to see if they have a package for you. If you’ve done that, 10 days have passed and you still haven’t received your watch then please fill in the form HERE.
We'll address all inquiries individually, so please understand if responding will take a business day or two.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
